Paragraph 2.4 disclosure must align with subsection 2.4.1 and directors’ information on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). • Fully completed and signed SBD 6.1 must be attached. • The pricing schedule must be fully completed. • Bidder must not quote below the minimum wage amount.
