CONSTRUCTION OF THE LAINGSBURG WATER TREATMENT WORKS: CIVIL, MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING WORKS Published conditions: It is estimated that tenderers should have a CIDB contractor grading designation of 7 CE or 7 ME or higher. Only those tenderers who can demonstrate that they will have in their employ management and supervisory staff satisfying the requirements of the scope of work for labour-intensive competencies for supervisory and management staff during the validity of the contract with a NQF 5 are eligible to submit tenders. Only tenderers who can also demonstrate that they will have, in their employ, staff who satisfy EPWP requirements during the contract validity are eligible to submit tenders. Only tenders with a functionality score of a minimum of 70 out of 100 will be considered further for evaluation.
